जॉब का उद्देश्य:

ऑर्डर के अनुसार सामान को सही तरीके से चुनना (Picking), पैक करना (Packing) और समय पर डिस्पैच के लिए तैयार करना।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):

ऑर्डर लिस्ट/पिक लिस्ट के अनुसार सामान को सही लोकेशन से उठाना
प्रोडक्ट की क्वालिटी और क्वांटिटी चेक करना
सामान को सुरक्षित और सही तरीके से पैक करना
पैक किए गए ऑर्डर पर सही लेबल लगाना
इन्वेंटरी (स्टॉक) की गिनती और अपडेट में सहयोग करना
वेयरहाउस में साफ-सफाई और सेफ्टी नियमों का पालन करना
सुपरवाइज़र द्वारा दिए गए अन्य कार्यों को समय पर पूरा करना

योग्यता (Qualification):

न्यूनतम 10वीं/12वीं पास
फ्रेशर या 0-2 साल का अनुभव (वेयरहाउस/लॉजिस्टिक्स में)

जरूरी स्किल्स (Skills Required):

बेसिक पढ़ना-लिखना और समझने की क्षमता
टीम में काम करने की क्षमता
समय पर काम पूरा करने की आदत
शारीरिक रूप से फिट (क्योंकि सामान उठाना/रखना होता है)

कार्य समय (Working Hours):

9 घंटे की शिफ्ट (Day/Night Shift हो सकती है)
