Job Profile:
Picker and Packer work in the warehouse, handling order picking, packing, and basic warehouse tasks 🏭

Salary & Benefits:
💵 CTC: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
🎯 Attendance Award: ₹1,000 per month
🚀 Incentive: Up to ₹4,000
(On 26 days full attendance & performance)
⏱️ Overtime (OT): ₹142 per hour
🏥 Mediclaim: ₹2 Lakh Health Insurance
📑 ESI & PF: As per company policy

Working Details:
🗓️ Weekly Off: Rotational week off
🔄 Shifts:
👨 Male Candidates: 3 rotational shifts
👩 Female Candidates: 2 rotational shifts
