Picker & Packer work in the warehouse. Responsibilities include picking orders, packing items, and doing basic warehouse work.

Salary & Benefits:

In-hand Salary: ₹13,500 per month

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹4,000 (on 26 days full attendance & performance)

Overtime: ₹142 per hour

Total CTC: ₹16,987 per month

Mediclaim: ₹2 Lakh Health Insurance
