Picker & Packer staff will work in the warehouse and handle:

Salary & Benefits:

In-hand Salary: ₹13,500 per month
Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹4,000
(Applicable on 26 days full attendance & performance)
Overtime Pay: ₹142 per hour
CTC: ₹16,987 per month
Mediclaim: ₹2,00,000 health insurance
ESI & PF: As per company policy
