Job Title: Picker Packer (Warehouse Associate)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Job Type: Full-time | Rotational/Day Shifts

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our logistics team. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and prepared for shipping with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Order Picking: Efficiently locate and pull items from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners or pick lists.

Packaging: Securely pack products into boxes/mailers, ensuring they are protected for transit.

Quality Check: Verify that the correct items and quantities are being packed (checking SKUs and labels).

Inventory Support: Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Documentation: Generate shipping labels and update order status in the system
