Location: All Stores – Hyderabad
Department: Warehouse & Logistics
Reports To: Store/Warehouse Supervisor

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Take-Home: ₹14,229/month

• Attendance Incentive: ₹1,000/month

• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹4,000/month

• Fixed CTC: ₹18,062/month (including PF, ESIC)

Job Summary:

The Picker & Packer is responsible for picking products as per orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for dispatch. The role supports daily warehouse operations, inventory handling, and quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items accurately from shelves

• Pack and label goods safely

• Assist in inventory stock counts

• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety rules

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass

• Physically fit; willing to work in shifts

• Basic reading/writing skills
