Job Summary

Zepto Store Operations is hiring Warehouse Associates (Picker / Packer) for its Kamarhati, Kolkata location. The selected candidates will be responsible for efficiently handling daily warehouse and store operations, including picking products, packing customer orders, sorting inventory, barcode scanning, and maintaining stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Pick products accurately from designated inventory locations according to customer orders.
Pack customer orders carefully and ensure products are properly prepared for delivery.
Scan product barcodes using handheld scanners and update order information.
Sort, arrange, and organize products in the appropriate storage areas.
Handle inventory and maintain proper stock discipline.
Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and within the required time.
Check products for quantity, quality, and packaging before dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the warehouse/store.
Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and instructions from supervisors.
Assist with other warehouse and store operational activities whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria

Male candidates only
Age: 18–34 years
Minimum Qualification: 8th / 10th Pass
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, retail, picking, packing, or inventory operations will be preferred.
Candidates should be physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift Timings

Morning: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Day: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Rotational shifts may be applicable.

Salary & Benefits

In-Hand Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month
DBT Benefit: ₹1,500
Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 for 26 days attendance
Approx. Monthly Income: Up to ₹16,500+
