About the Role

We are hiring Pickers & Packers to join our warehouse/fulfillment operations in Bengaluru. The selected candidates will be responsible for accurately picking grocery items, packing customer orders, and ensuring orders are ready for timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick grocery and FMCG products as per customer orders.

• Pack products safely and accurately.

• Verify product quantity, quality, and order details.

• Organize and maintain inventory in the designated area.

• Ensure orders are prepared within the required turnaround time.

• Follow warehouse safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.

• Support day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment activities.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: ₹21,000/month

• Performance Bonus: Up to ₹10,000/month

• Guaranteed Earnings: Up to ₹27,000/month

• PG Allowance: ₹200/day, up to ₹6,000/month
