Picker & Packer work in the warehouse and handle day-to-day operations, including:

Picking customer orders 📦

Packing items safely and accurately ✅

Supporting basic warehouse activities 🔧

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 In-hand Salary: ₹16,000 per month

🧾 CTC: ₹23,000 per month

🎯 Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month

🚀 Incentives: Up to ₹4,000

(Applicable on 26 days full attendance and performance)

⏱️ Overtime (OT): ₹142 per hour
