Job Description

📦 Job Title: Picker / Packer

Job Profile:

Picker & Packer work in the warehouse, handling order picking, packing, and other basic warehouse operations 🏭

Salary & Benefits:

💵 CTC: ₹16,000 per month

🎯 Attendance Award: ₹1,000 per month

🚀 Incentives: Up to ₹4,000

(On 26 days full attendance & performance)

⏱️ Overtime (OT): ₹142 per hour

🏥 Mediclaim: ₹2 Lakh Health Insurance

📑 ESI & PF: As per company policy

Working Details:

🗓️ Weekly Off: Rotational week off

🔄 Shifts:

Male Candidates: 3 rotational shifts

Female Candidates: 2 rotational shifts
