Job Description

We are hiring Picker / Packer staff for warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for order picking, packing, and handling basic warehouse activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Picking items as per order list
Packing orders accurately and safely
Maintaining cleanliness and discipline in the warehouse
Following safety and operational guidelines

Salary & Benefits

In-hand Salary: ₹13,500 per month
Attendance Award: ₹1,000 per month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹4,000
(Applicable on 26 days full attendance & performance)
Overtime (OT): ₹142 per hour
CTC: ₹16,987 per month
Mediclaim: ₹2 Lakh Health Insurance
ESI & PF: As per company policy

Working Details

Weekly Off: Rotational week off
Shifts:
- Male Candidates: 3 rotational shifts
- Female Candidates: 2 rotational shifts

Eligibility Criteria

Age: 18 to 32 years
Education: Minimum basic literacy
Experience: Freshers can apply
