Job Description

We are looking for a Picker / Packer to join our team at blinkit. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹ 5,000 - ₹ 10,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage goods, pack orders, and keep record of stocks and storage.
Pick and pack customer orders as per the list.
● Loading and unloading of goods in the warehouse.
● Scan and update items in the system accurately.
● Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
● Ensure timely and correct dispatch of products.
● Follow supervisor instructions and warehouse processes.

Requirements:

● Ability to read basic English or follow visual instructions.
● Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long hours.
Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
● Willingness to work in shifts and weekends as per business needs.
Shift Details:
● Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
● 9-hour working day (including breaks)
