### *JOB DESCRIPTION - Warehouse Associate*

*Company*: Pranik Logistics (Meesho)

*Location*: Dankuni, West Bengal

*Shift Type*: Rotational Night Shift

#### *1. Job Role & Shift Timings*

- Warehouse operations: Loading/Unloading, Scanning, Sorting, Packing

- *3 Shift Options*: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM

- 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM

- 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM

*Note*: 7:00 PM shift - Local candidates from Baidyabati/Dankuni belt preferred

- *Weekly Off*: 4 days/month as per roster

- *Lunch Break*: 45 minutes

#### *2. Salary & Benefits*

Component Amount

**CTC** ₹14,900 per month

**In-hand Salary** ₹11,900 per month

**Night Allowance** ₹100 per night shift

**Attendance Bonus** ₹500 for 100% attendance

**Overtime** ₹75 per hour, as per requirement

**Max Earning Potential** Up to ₹15,000+ with full attendance & OT

#### *3. Facilities Provided*

1. *Transport* Company bus available 9:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Route: Baidyabati → Shreerampur → Natarpur → Belur → dankuni.

3. *Food*: Breakfast + Tea/Coffee provided. Snacks provided during OT hours

#### *4. Eligibility & Requirements*

- *Gender*: Male only

- *Age*: 18 - 30 years

- *Education*: 8th pass minimum, no experience required

- *Documents*: Aadhaar, Bank Passbook, 2 Passport photos

- *Physical*: Should be able to work night shift & handle warehouse work

#### *5. Important Notes*

- PF + ESI + Bonus applicable as per company policy
