Picker / Packer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packing Executive to handle the accurate packing of customer orders. The candidate must have good knowledge of order packing procedures, packaging materials, and dispatch readiness to ensure products reach customers safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items as per order details and packing list

• Pack products safely using proper packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape, etc.)

• Ensure correct quantity, product, and labeling for each order

• Check product quality before packing

• paste shipping labels, invoices, and barcodes

• Prepare packed orders for dispatch and handover to courier/logistics team

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area

• Update packing and dispatch status in records/register/system

• Handle returns and re-packing when required

• Follow company packing standards and safety guidelines

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Good knowledge of order packing and dispatch process

• Ability to read and understand order details/invoices

• Basic understanding of packaging materials and methods

• Attention to detail to avoid packing errors

• Ability to work quickly and accurately

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass

• Prior experience in packing, warehouse, or dispatch work is an advantage

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience in e-commerce order packing (Amazon, Flipkart, courier shipments)

• Knowledge of handling fragile items

• Ability to lift and move packages safely

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
