Picker / Packer

We are looking for a Picker to join our team at Zepto Store-Domalguda. Your responsibility will be to pick orders accurately from shelves, scan items with handheld devices, and ensure timely fulfilment while following all warehouse safety protocols. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and care for picking equipment like scanners and trolleys.

• Help with order packing, inventory checks, and other team tasks when necessary.

• Prepare picking zones by organising stock and removing hazards.

• Load/unload picked items into bins or delivery bags.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist with stock replenishment.

• Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform end-of-shift clean-up.

Job Requirements

The minimum qualification for this role is minimum intermediate with 0-5 years of warehouse or retail experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labour like standing for 8.5 hour shifts in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
