Picker Packer
Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Picker Packer to join our warehouse/fulfillment team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking products, packing customer orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring orders are prepared for timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Check product quantity, quality, and item details before packing.
- Pack products safely and securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Label and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Sort, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow company safety and warehouse procedures.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the supervisor.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist with stock counting and inventory checks.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th/12th pass preferred.
- Previous warehouse, picker, packer, or logistics experience is an advantage.
- Good physical fitness and ability to stand/work for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move packages safely.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of numbers and product labels.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
