Picker / Packer

1. Inbound Operations

• Receive inbound materials and verify quantity, SKU, and condition against invoices/GRN.

• Perform unloading, segregation, labeling, and put-away as per defined locations.

• Update inbound transactions in WMS/ERP accurately and timely.

• Report shortages, damages, or mismatches to the supervisor.

2. Picking Operations

• Pick SKUs as per pick list, FIFO/FEFO rules, and customer requirements.

• Ensure correct SKU, batch, serial number, and quantity during picking.

• Handle picking through handheld scanners / manual pick slips.

• Maintain picking accuracy and minimize picking errors.

3. Packing Operations

• Pack items as per packing standards, box size, and weight guidelines.

• Ensure proper labeling (shipping label, SKU label, fragile, orientation, etc.).

• Perform final quality checks before dispatch.

• Prepare packing lists and support dispatch documentation.

4. Inventory Movement & Control

• Execute internal stock movements (bin-to-bin, zone-to-zone, consolidation).

• Support cycle counts, physical inventory, and stock reconciliation.

• Maintain bin accuracy and update stock locations in the system.

• Identify and report slow-moving, damaged, or expired inventory.

• It is a Both Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
