Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick customer orders from shelves or racks

  • Scan products and update order status using handheld devices or mobile apps

  • Pack items securely as per packing standards

  • Check product quality, expiry dates, and quantities before dispatch

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse/dark store

  • Support stock management and report low-stock items

  • Coordinate with dispatch and delivery teams to ensure timely order processing

  • Follow warehouse safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass

  • Physically fit and able to lift weights of 10–15 kg

  • Basic ability to read labels and operate a smartphone

  • Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or logistics is an advantage

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
