BlinKit – Picker & Packer Job

📋 Job Role

Responsible for picking and packing grocery items, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with basic loading/unloading, and working in rotational shifts.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

•        📜 Education: Passed  10th standard

•        👤 Age: Below 35 years

•        🏠 Location: Must reside within 6 km of the store

•        💪 Work Readiness: Willing to do 1–2 hours of loading/unloading

•        🔁 Shift Flexibility: Open to rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night)

•        🧹 Cleanliness: Keeps work area and racks clean

•        🥦 Grocery Knowledge: Basic understanding of grocery items

•        💬 Job Awareness: Understands job duties and salary

•        📄 Resume: Must carry a physical resume

•        👔 Dress Code: Must be neatly dressed (No slippers)

❌ Not Eligible If

•        Looking for part-time work only

•        Wants specific shift only

•        Lives more than 6 km from store

•        Not willing to do loading/unloading

•        Can join only after 2–3 days

•        Is a graduate (This job is for 10th/12th pass only)

Shift Timings :

Shift 1        4 AM – 1 PM or 5 AM – 2 PM

Shift 2        1 PM – 10 PM or 2 PM – 11 PM

Shift 3        4 PM – 1 AM or 5 PM – 2 AM

Shift 4        9 PM – 6 AM or 10 PM – 7 AM

Salary Details

•        Basic Salary: As per State(14k to  18k inhand)

•        Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/month

•        Leave Encashment: Applicable

🚫 No leaves allowed on Saturdays or Sundays

📍 Location
