Client - Swiggy instamart

Designation - Pickers, packers and loaders

Salaries:

Pickers- 17000 in hand +attendance bonus and incentives (benefit of pf and ESI) totally they can earn upto 21000

Loaders - 17000 ( everything same as picker salary)

Timings:

Pickers - (rotational shift)

Loaders - (night shift)

They can take weekly offs

Working days counts from 24th to 24th

Salary date - 7th (in worst cases they will get by 10th)

Documents needed - aadhar card, pan card and passbook front page

For picker basic English knowledge is required.
