Job Summary:
The Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately picking products from inventory and packing them safely for customer orders. The role ensures timely, error-free, and quality dispatch of orders in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Pick items accurately as per order list using handheld devices or order sheets.
Pack products securely and neatly to prevent damage during delivery.
Check product quality, expiry dates, and quantity before packing.
Label and seal packages correctly for easy identification and dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and packing areas.
Assist in stock counting and replenishment activities when required.
Coordinate with dispatch and delivery teams to ensure on-time order processing.
Follow company safety and hygiene protocols within the store.
Report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods to the Store Incharge.

Requirements:
Minimum 10th pass (Higher Secondary preferred).
0–2 years of experience in warehouse, dark store, or retail operations.
Basic knowledge of inventory handling and barcode scanning.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet order deadlines.
Physically Fit and Able to lift moderate weights
Willingness to work in any shifts and weekends
