Job Summary

Nutrapoorna is looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Picker & Packer to join our warehouse operations team. The candidate will be responsible for picking products as per customer orders, checking product quality, packing items securely, and ensuring timely and accurate order dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products according to customer orders and invoices.

• Check product names, quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates before packing.

• Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.

• Ensure accurate order picking and packing with minimum errors.

• Label packages correctly and prepare orders for dispatch.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices wherever applicable.

• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order processing.

• Report damaged, missing, or expired products to the supervisor.

• Follow company safety, hygiene, and warehouse operating procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 0–2 years in picking, packing, warehouse, or logistics operations. Freshers may also apply.

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred.

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory handling.

• Ability to read product labels and follow order instructions.

• Physically fit to handle routine warehouse duties.

• Hardworking, punctual, and willing to work in a team.
