Picker / Packer

We are looking for a Packer to join our team at Super Skills Manpower. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers In Hand Salary 15,500 on 100% attendance and 4 nos. paid weekly- off per month with growth opportunities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification 10th Pass. The candidate must read and write English language.

Job Summary:

As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch. Working in a time-sensitive environment, you must maintain a high level of attention to detail, speed, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from inventory based on digital order lists (using handheld devices or voice-picking systems).

• Inspect items for quality and expiration dates before packing.

• Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage in transit.

• Label and prepare orders for delivery according to specified protocols.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and inventory areas.

• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

• Report inventory discrepancies or product damages to supervisors.

• Assist with restocking shelves and replenishing inventory as needed.

• Meet daily performance targets for picking accuracy and packing speed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail environment is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to [10] kg], bending, reaching).

• Basic understanding of using handheld devices or scanners.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, if needed.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
