The Core RolePick: Use an app to find items in the dark store within 2 minutes.Pack: Securely bag items (keeping food and chemicals separate).Handover: Pass the bag to the delivery rider immediately.Quick RequirementsSpeed: Fast movement to meet the 10-minute delivery goal.Stamina: Standing and walking for the duration of the shift.Tech: Basic smartphone skills to use the partner app.Education: 10th or 12th pass; freshers are usually eligible.
