1. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

SS MANAGEMENT is hiring candidates for warehouse and store operations associated with quick-commerce and e-commerce businesses, including Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and Blinkit.

Selected candidates may be assigned to warehouse or store operations based on the available vacancies, location, eligibility and hiring requirements.

Candidates will be responsible for order picking, packing, product scanning, inventory handling and maintaining smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

2. AVAILABLE JOB POSITIONS

A. Picker

- Pick products according to customer orders.

- Locate the correct products in the warehouse or store.

- Verify product names, quantities and order details.

- Use handheld scanning devices wherever required.

- Ensure accurate and timely order picking.

B. Packer

- Pack customer orders accurately and carefully.

- Check products and quantities before packing.

- Ensure proper packaging and order readiness.

- Follow company packing procedures and quality standards.

- Coordinate with the picking and dispatch teams.

C. Warehouse Associate

- Support daily warehouse operations.

- Assist with receiving, sorting and organizing products.

- Maintain stock accuracy and proper product placement.

- Assist with loading, unloading and stock movement where required.

- Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures.

D. Store Associate

- Assist with store and inventory operations.

- Organize products in designated storage locations.

- Support order processing and stock management.

- Maintain cleanliness and workplace organization.

- Complete assigned operational tasks within the required timelines.

Final job responsibilities may vary according to the assigned position and company location.

3. SALARY & BENEFITS

- Monthly Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹24,000.

- Performance-based incentives, where applicable.

4. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass.

- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

- Candidates with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, retail or e-commerce may receive preference where applicable.

- Basic smartphone handling knowledge.

- Ability to understand and follow instructions.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

- Willingness to perform warehouse or store duties as required.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if applicable to the assigned location.

5. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should have:

- A valid Aadhaar card.

- A PAN card, where required for employment formalities.

- A smartphone, preferably.

- Willingness to work in warehouse or store operations.

- Required documents for verification and onboarding.

6. WORKING SCHEDULE

- Working Days: Generally 6 days per week.

- Shift Duration: Approximately 9 hours, subject to the assigned employer's shift structure.

- Shift Timings: May vary by location and operational requirements.

- Weekly Off: As per the applicable company policy.

- Work Location: Assigned warehouse or store.

Candidates should confirm the exact shift timings, break arrangements, weekly off and work location before accepting the offer.

7. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Pick customer orders from the warehouse or store.

- Pack orders accurately and efficiently.

- Scan products using handheld devices, wherever required.

- Maintain inventory and stock accuracy.

- Organize products in designated warehouse locations.

- Assist with loading, unloading and stock movement where assigned.

- Follow warehouse safety, hygiene and quality standards.

- Maintain accuracy while handling customer orders.

- Complete assigned daily operational targets.

- Cooperate with supervisors and team members.

- Follow the employer's attendance, conduct and operational policies.

8. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

1. Aadhaar card.

3. Recent passport-size photograph.

4. Bank account details or required bank proof.
