Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable Picker / Packer to join our team at SR Ventures, supporting quick commerce dark stores for Zepto and Amazon Now. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and fast-paced distribution in the warehouse. You will work closely with the supply chain team to ensure that goods are packed and dispatched efficiently to meet quick-delivery timelines.

Shift Options & Salary:

⏱️ Part-Time Shift

• Timings: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Evening Shift)

• Salary: ₹10,000 per month
  

⏱️ Full-Time Shifts (Choose 1)

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Mid Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Pick & Pack: Quickly pick items from shelves and pack orders accurately for Zepto and Amazon Now deliveries.

• Stock Management: Receive, pack, and dispatch goods while maintaining precise stock records.

• Labeling & Storage: Ensure all goods are labeled accurately and stored in their correct designated locations.

• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure only the best, undamaged products are dispatched.

• Team Support: Train fellow team members on the proper handling of warehouse materials, including hazardous items.

• System Updates: Process all receipts and inventory updates promptly in the system.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum qualification is 10th standard or above.

• Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply!).

• Skills: Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

• Bonus: Ability to manage time effectively and any familiarity with inventory tracking systems/apps is a plus.

• It is a Both Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
