Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join our warehouse team. The Packer is responsible for preparing products for shipment by packing them into containers, checking for damage or discrepancies, and ensuring that all items meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage.

• Inspect products for defects or damages before packing.

• Ensure packaging meets company and client standards.

• Maintain accurate records of packed goods and materials.

• Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear as required.

• Use appropriate packing materials (e.g., boxes, bubble wrap, tape).

• Operate packaging machinery (if applicable).

• Keep the packing area clean and organized.

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.

• Communicate with supervisors and report any issues or shortages.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in packing or warehouse operations preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Basic math and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Ability to work independently or in a team.

• Knowledge of safety and handling procedures.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse or manufacturing setting.

• May require working in hot, cold, or noisy environments.

• Shift work or overtime may be required.
