SR Infotech, a Blinkit Franchise Partner, is hiring energetic and hardworking Picker & Packers to join our store operations team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders from store shelves, checking product quality and quantity, and packing items safely for delivery. The role requires speed, accuracy, and attention to detail to ensure customers receive their orders on time.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass.

Basic reading, counting, and smartphone handling skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physically fit to stand and move throughout the shift.

Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or e-commerce operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
