✅ Picking:

• Collect items from shelves as per order list

• Ensure correct quantity and type of items picked

• Handle items carefully to avoid damage

✅ Packing:

• Pack products properly as per company standards

• Label packed orders accurately

• Ensure timely packing to meet dispatch schedules

✅ Other Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at work area

• Follow safety and hygiene protocols

• Coordinate with team leaders/supervisors for daily targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above

• Physically fit to stand, walk, and carry light weights for long hours

• Age: 18 to 30 years (as per Zepto policy)

• Should have valid ID proof (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Bank Account)

Key Skills Required:

• Basic reading and counting skills

• Attention to detail

• Punctuality and discipline
