Location: Shaktinagar and Kuntikana Mangaluru, Karnataka
Requirement: 15–20 Unskilled Male Workers
Nature of Work
Production and packing work in a food manufacturing unit.
No prior experience is required; freshers are welcome.
Complete training will be provided by the company.

Salary & Grades
Starting salary: ₹14,000 per month (Cleaning, jaggery melting, loading & unloading).
Grade-based salary increments of ₹500–₹1,000 based on training and skill development (Sizing, Rolling/Cutting, Mixer Operation).
Working Hours
Shift Timing: 10+2 hours
Weekly Off: Sunday
Breakfast, lunch, tea breaks, and dinner will be provided.
Uniform
Each worker will receive:
2 Pants
2 Shirts
2 Hair Caps
Leave Policy
20–25 days of leave per year.
Leave must be approved in advance.
Only a limited number of employees can be on leave at the same time (subject to company policy).
Travel (Ticket) Policy
Travel ticket expenses will be reimbursed after the employee returns from leave.
Reimbursement will be processed along with the salary.
The company can arrange train tickets, with the cost deducted from salary and reimbursed upon return.
Employees may also book tickets themselves and claim reimbursement by submitting valid proof.
Minimum service period is applicable for ticket reimbursement, as per company policy.
PF & ESI
PF and ESI benefits will be provided as per company policy after the eligible service period.
Salary Payment
Salary will be paid directly by the company (Bank Transfer/Cash) by 7th of the following month.
