Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring Picker & Packer staff for our E-commerce warehouse operations. The role involves picking products as per order, packing them safely, and preparing them for dispatch while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Picking

Pick items from racks/bins as per mobile app / scanner instructions

Ensure correct SKU, quantity, and quality

Handle FMCG, grocery, fashion, or small parcels

Packing

Pack items safely using boxes, polybags, bubble wrap, etc.

Attach correct labels, invoices, and barcodes

Ensure damage-free and neat packing

Order Processing

Complete orders within TAT (Turn Around Time)

Follow SOPs and productivity targets

Update order status in system

Quality & Safety

Check products for damage/expiry

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene

Follow warehouse safety rules
