📦 পদ: Assistant / Senior Assistant (Packer & Picker)

🎓 শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: ন্যূনতম মাধ্যমিক (10th Pass)

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 লিঙ্গ: ছেলে ও মেয়ে উভয়েই আবেদন করতে পারবেন

🎂 বয়সসীমা: ১৮–৩৫ বছর

📍 কর্মস্থল: ঘটকপুকুর (ভাঙড়–১), দক্ষিণ ২৪ পরগনা, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ

🕘 ডিউটি: ৮ ঘণ্টা কাজ + ১ ঘণ্টা বিরতি (মোট ৯ ঘণ্টা)

প্রয়োজনে ওভারটাইম (OT) করার সুযোগ রয়েছে।

⏰ শিফট

👨 পুরুষ প্রার্থীদের জন্য (Rotational):

• Morning Shift

• Afternoon Shift

• Night Shift (বাধ্যতামূলক)

👩 মহিলা প্রার্থীদের জন্য:

• শুধুমাত্র Day Shift (Night Shift নেই)

💰 মাসিক আয়ের সুযোগ: ₹১৪,০০০ – ₹১৭,০০০+

আয়ের মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে:
