A Packer is responsible for preparing finished products for shipment by packing, labelling, and organising them properly. They ensure that items are handled carefully and packed according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack goods into boxes, cartons, or containers securely
Check items for damage or defects before packing
Label packages correctly with product and shipping details
Weigh packages and prepare them for dispatch
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work area
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

Basic education 10th pass
Attention to detail
Teamwork and time management skills
Prior experience in packing or warehouse work is a plus
