Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Packer to join our Warehouse & Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, checking and preparing products/orders for dispatch while maintaining accuracy, quality and proper handling of goods.
Key Responsibilities
Pick products/items as per order requirements.
Pack products safely and properly to avoid damage during transportation.
Verify product, quantity, SKU and order details before packing.
Perform quality checks before dispatch.
Label and seal packages correctly.
Prepare orders for courier/dispatch pickup.
Maintain proper arrangement of products in the warehouse.
Handle products carefully during picking, packing and movement.
Support loading/unloading of goods whenever required.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the packing area.
Follow warehouse SOPs, safety rules and company policies.
Report damaged, missing or incorrect products to the supervisor.
Complete daily packing targets within the required timelines.
Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations team for order processing.
Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
