We are looking for a Picker / Packer to join our team at Blinkit Raipur . This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. Candidate Eligibility & Job Requirements
1. Education
Candidate ka minimum 10th pass hona zaroori hai.
(Education: Minimum 10th standard required)
2. English Knowledge
Candidate ko basic English padhna aana chahiye, jaise item codes, labels, audits, etc.
(Must be able to read basic English for item codes, labels, and audit work)
3. Shift Rotation (Mandatory)
Candidate ko rotational shifts me kaam karne ke liye ready hona chahiye.
(Rotation between early morning, day, and night shifts is mandatory)
Shift Timings:
4:00 AM – 1:00 PM
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
4. Weekly Off Policy
Festivals aur Saturday/Sunday par chhutti nahi milegi
Sirf scheduled weekly off milega
(No weekly off on festivals or weekends; only scheduled week-offs)
5. Weekly Off Details
Mahine me 4 weekly off milenge
Off Monday se Friday ke beech fixed honge
(Four week-offs per month, scheduled between Monday and Friday)

6. Attendance & Leave Policy
Bina bataye chhutti lene ya late aane par salary deduction hoga
Repeated cases me warning letter issue kiya jayega
(Unauthorized leave or late coming will lead to salary deduction and may result in a warning letter)

7. Job Role / Work Profile

Picking work
Loading & unloading of crates (2 KG – 6 KG weight)
Audit-related work
(Candidate must be willing to handle picking, loading/unloading of crates weighing 2–6 kg, and audit-related tasks as part of store operations)
