Picker: Find the items listed in a customer order.

Packer: Check the items, pack them safely, and attach the order label.

Scan items using a mobile/handheld scanner.

Keep items in the correct shelves/bins.

Check quantity and product details.

Hand completed packages to the delivery/dispatch team.

Maintain basic cleanliness and organization.
