Position: Station Associate

Locations: Aluva (Kochi), Thiruvananthapuram and Kozhikode

Amazon Fulfillment Center is Amazon's large warehouse facility where customer orders are received, stored, sorted, packed, and dispatched for delivery. Station Associates play a key role in managing inventory, scanning packages, and ensuring timely order processing. The facility operates with strict safety standards and efficient logistics systems to support fast deliveries.

Salary Structure (CTC):

CTC: ₹15,700/month
Attendance Allowance: ₹500/month
Night Allowance: ₹2,000/month (if candidate works night shift for 24–26 days)
Night Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/month (for candidates completing 14+ night shifts)
