Job Overview
We are hiring energetic and reliable Pickers and Packers to join our quick-commerce delivery hub operations across Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for locating items in our dark store, packing orders accurately, and ensuring quick dispatch for fast delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Locate and pick items from dark store shelves based on incoming digital order lists.
Inspect products for quality, correct quantity, and expiration dates.
Pack items securely in designated bags or boxes to prevent damage during transit.
Label order packages accurately and hand them over to delivery executives.
Maintain store hygiene, organize inventory, and assist in stock replenishment.
Requirements
Basic reading and understanding of English or Tamil to check product names on smartphones/scanners.
Ability to work in shifts and stand/walk for extended periods.
Freshers and candidates with prior experience in retail, warehouse, or logistics are welcome to apply.
Basic smartphone operating skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000
