We Are Hiring: Pickers & Packers (Q-Commerce Operations)

Location: P4B Technologies Services Private Limited

🔹 Role: Picker & Packer

Join our fast-growing Q-commerce operations team and help deliver orders quickly and accurately to customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Pick items from inventory as per order list

• Ensure correct quantity and quality of products

• Pack items safely and neatly to avoid damage

• Follow standard packing guidelines and processes

• Maintain speed and accuracy to meet delivery timelines

• Keep work area clean and organized

• Coordinate with team leads and delivery staff

• Report damaged or missing items immediately

Requirements:

• Basic reading & understanding skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Physically fit (standing/walking for long hours)

• Prior warehouse or Q-commerce experience is a plus
