Job Description

  • Pick products/items as per customer orders.

  • Pack products safely and accurately for dispatch.

  • Verify product quantity, SKU, and order details before packing.

  • Enter and update order/inventory data in the system.

  • Generate and print invoices, labels, or order slips when required.

  • Maintain records of dispatched and pending orders.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for timely order processing.

  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.

  • Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.

  • Follow company safety and warehouse procedures.

  • Data entry
