Position: Picker / Packer

Location: Zepto Stores Across Bangalore

Eligibility: Male & Female | Age Below 30 Years

Shift Timings:

For Females: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

For Males:

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Work Hours: 9 Hours/Day

Weekly Off: 1 Day (Rotational)

Salary Package:

• CTC: ₹21,000

• Take Home: ₹19,700

• Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000

• Incentives: ₹4,000

• OT: ₹120/Hour

• Total Earnings: Up to ₹25,000+

Benefits: PF + ESI + OT

Accommodation Support:

• Initial Advance: ₹5,000 (One-time, to be paid directly to PG)

– Company support is applicable only for actual active working days
