Job Description

Job Title: Picker & Packer

Job Location: As per company requirement

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
Pack items safely and securely to avoid damage during transit.
Scan and verify products before packing.
Check product quality and report any damaged or missing items.
Label packages correctly for dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
Assist with inventory handling and stock movement when required.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift items during shifts.
Basic reading and communication skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on location and experience)
