Job Description

A Picker and Packer plays a vital role in warehouse operations by ensuring customer orders are accurately fulfilled and safely shipped. In this fast-paced position, you will use picking lists or handheld barcode scanners to locate products on shelves, inspect them to make sure they are not damaged, and safely pack them into the correct shipping boxes. Daily duties require constant movement, a high level of physical stamina to lift heavy items, and excellent attention to detail to avoid shipping mistakes. By maintaining a organized workspace, tracking inventory levels, and hitting hourly packing quotas, you help keep the warehouse efficient and ensure customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
