Job Title: Picker & Packer – Warehouse Operations
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Candidates must reside within 6 km of the store location

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack grocery and daily-need items as per order list

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in racks and the work area

• Assist with basic loading and unloading tasks for 1–2 hours per day

• Work as per assigned rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, night)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass

• Age: Must be below 35 years

• Must be physically fit for warehouse tasks

• Must be comfortable with rotating shift duties

• Must have basic understanding of grocery items

• Should maintain a neat appearance (no slippers or informal clothing)

• Must carry a hard copy of the resume at the time of interview

Not Eligible If You:

• Are seeking part-time or single-shift work

• Are unwilling to support in loading/unloading tasks

• Live more than 6 km away from the store

• Can only join after 2–3 days

• Are a graduate or higher qualification holder (Only 10th/12th pass accepted)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: As per state wage standards

• Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month

• Leave Encashment: Applicable as per policy

• Weekly Off: Rotational (no leaves allowed on weekends)

Only candidates currently residing within 6 km of the work location and available to join immediately will be considered.
