Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our warehouse team. The Picker Packer is responsible for selecting and packing products according to order requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items from inventory shelves based on order slips or scanning system

• Pack products securely into appropriate containers for shipping

• Label packages with shipping information and documentation

• Verify accuracy of orders before final dispatch

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks as required

• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus

• Ability to stand, lift, and move items for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic math and reading skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Team player with good communication skills

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment (may be hot, cold, or dusty depending on season)

• Shift work may be required (e.g., early mornings, evenings, weekends)

• Standing and physical activity for most of the shift
