Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Material Handlers for one of the largest e-commerce platforms in India. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and organizing products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a crucial role to ensure that orders are processed and dispatched efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack products as per order specifications.

• Ensure accurate sorting and labeling of products.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

• Work closely with the inventory team to monitor stock levels.

• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

• Ensure on-time delivery of products to meet customer expectations.

Job Nature:

• Picker and Packer role.

Qualification:

• Minimum education qualification: 10th Pass

Gender Preference:

• Male candidates preferred.

Age Criteria:

• Age between 18 to 35 years.

Salary Details:

• CTC: ₹19,649 per month.

• Take-home Salary: ₹15,212 per month.

Additional Earnings:

• Overtime: ₹140 per hour (up to ₹1,680 per month) for 3 days of overtime per week.

Work Timings:

• Shift Timings: Rotational shifts (day/night shifts).

• Weekly Off: Rotational (one day off per week).

Benefits:

• Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC).

• Free Transportation to and from the warehouse.

• Free Food during duty hours.

• Accommodation: ₹1,500 deducted from salary for on-site accommodation.

Location Details:

• Job Location: Bangalore (with free transportation provided).
