Picker / Packer

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer candidates to join our warehouse team. The role involves picking products as per order lists and packing them securely for shipment. You will help ensure that all items are handled with care and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick items from shelves based on order slips or invoices

Pack goods securely using appropriate materials

Label and scan packed items for tracking and dispatch

Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse area

Assist in loading and unloading stock as required

Conduct quality checks to ensure correct and undamaged items are packed

Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors

Follow safety and warehouse guidelines at all times

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: [10th pass / 12th pass or equivalent]

Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or packing is a plus

Ability to stand, lift, and move items throughout the shift

Good attention to detail and time management

Basic knowledge of inventory systems (preferred but not mandatory)

Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
