Picker / Packer

Role & Responsibility:

·         Refill vending machines with snacks, beverages, or other products according to established planograms and inventory levels.

·         Monitor and maintain inventory levels in each machine.

·         Ensure machines are clean, well-maintained, and presentable.

·         Collect and secure cash or electronic payment data from machines as required.

·         Record product usage, shortages, and overstock using handheld devices or manual logs

·         Perform basic troubleshooting and report any technical or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

·         Rotate stock to ensure product freshness and compliance with expiry standards.

·         Follow assigned routes and complete service calls in a timely and efficient manner.

·         Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicle and storage areas.

·         Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on-site.

Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

·         Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

·         Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot vending machine issues.

·         Good time management, reliability, and attention to detail.
