The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.Main Job Role:The main job of a picker is to quickly and accurately pick online orders placed by customers on the app from inside the store and prepare them for packing.1. Order Picking: You will receive a list of customer orders on a handheld device (e.g. smartphone/scanner).Identify and pick up correct merchandise from store racks according to list.*Checking the quantity, expiry date and quality of the product.Doing this quickly and efficiently to ensure 10-minute delivery.2. Scanning and Processing: Scanning the picked items and completing the order processing.3. Packing: Packing the picked goods securely for delivery. (In many places, the picker and packer are both employed by the same person, called a picker/packer).4. Stock assistance: Assisting in stock management and stock taking.▼5. Maintaining Cleanliness: Maintaining the work area in the warehouse/store clean and tidy.Required Skills and Qualifications:Educational Qualification: Generally 10th or 12th pass.*Experience: Fresher or candidate having 0-6 months / 1 year experience can apply.Documents: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Bank Account, 2-Wheeler Driving License and Bike (mandatory for delivery at some locations).Skills:Knowledge of order picking and order processing.Being able to use a smartphone and scanning app.Ability to work quickly and accurately
