Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to handle inventory auditing, order picking, and packing operations. The candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, timely order fulfillment, and proper packaging of products while maintaining warehouse efficiency and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Audit
Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Identify discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
Maintain proper documentation for inventory movements and adjustments.
Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to resolve stock variances.
Picking
Pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists, pick slips, or system instructions.
Ensure correct items and quantities are selected for each order.
Follow warehouse layout and picking procedures to improve efficiency.
Packing
Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
Label packages accurately with shipping information.
Verify order details before dispatch.
Warehouse Operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing goods when required.
Work with team members to meet daily dispatch targets.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory systems or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
Ability to lift and move packages when required.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
